Ann, Dublin.

“I found the Teacher Training Course to be a deeply personal journey that has been simply transforming.  I made wonderful friends, had great craic and am deeply grateful to Anne Marie for her untiring work, dedication and personal commitment to each and every one of use.  Her back-room team of tutors added immensely to the course and they each gave richly of themselves.  I feel honoured and humbled to have shared so much growth time with this group”.

Fionnuala, Co. Meath.

“Being totally submerged in Yoga at the weekends and cut off from the busy pace of modern life was hugely beneficial to me and allowed me to incorporate the ‘calm’ into my everyday life.  I loved every minute of the course and getting to know everyone”.

Pauline, Co. Cavan

I have been ‘dabbling’ with Yoga for a long time and felt very much drawn to do this course.  I can honestly say that doing this course was one of the best choices I have made.  It has had a profoundly beneficial effect on both my life and on that of my family.  It has been a tremendous support to me and I have met the most wonderful people as a result”.

Kerry, Co. Donegal

“I discovered Yoga five years with my partner.  She subsequently stopped her practice whereas I have been enveloped in its subtle power since that time.  This course has been the toughest, but most rewarding thing I have done.  I have met wonderful like-minded people”.

Ken, Co. Louth

“I learned about the course from a friend who had completed it three years ago.  I liked what I heard and decided to do it, primarily for my own benefit, as a means of personal development and stress management.  This course has offered me more than I could have hoped for.  It has taught me to look at life and work in a different way”.

Bernie, Co. Laois
